The task for our media is clear, and is one of the highest order of all. For there are no obvious rules that can be offered. They still have to ensure that there is investigation and truth. But their responsibility towards the collective psyche is paramount. They have to ensure that our collective psyche, of which they are the manifestation, is kept positive, forgiving and grateful.

Think of some of our TV commentators: those who are always critical. Just imagine how powerful their crticism would be if most of the time they were grateful.
